The Securities and Exchange Commission has declared effective the Form 10 registration statement for Vylor, the seed and genetics business Corteva is separating into its own publicly traded company.
Corteva stockholders of record as of the close of business on September 24, 2026 will receive one share of Vylor common stock for each Corteva share they hold. Corteva expects to complete the distribution before 9:30am New York time on October 1, 2026.
Vylor stock has been authorized for listing on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol VYLR, with regular-way trading due to start on October 1.
The clearance marks the final regulatory step in the split, removing one of the last sources of execution risk around the deal's timing. Corteva raised capital at 6% rates in earlier filings tied to the separation, a cost that markets have had time to weigh, so the SEC's sign-off is unlikely to move pricing much on its own.
